Discover Groups
Discover Groups are at the heart of community life at Church Without Walls. These groups, which meet for ten weeks and range in size from 8-15 people, are a great way to meet friends and engage faith-related topics in a relaxed setting.
Anyone can join a Discover Group as long as there’s space (unless a discover group has a particular demographic like Spanish speakers, men, women, etc.) . No background in Christianity or the topic being discovered is required. In fact, the groups who have the most diversity are often the most interesting!

Unlike other quarters in which discover groups cover a variety of topics, during the Winter Quarter ALL groups will be discovering the topic of money— how we relate to money and what the Bible says about it (In God We Trust?). The first five weeks, ALL of the groups will have the common content. The second five weeks, groups will focus on a particular topic related to money. Some groups already have a specific topic set, others will decide as a group what they want to emphasize.
Most groups will begin the week of January 15 and end the week of March 18 (10 weeks). All groups are 90 minutes long. After two weeks, all groups are closed so that participants can go deeper. If you missed out, don’t worry, sign ups for Spring Discover Groups start March 25.
