Want to deepen your practice of Sabbath? You can choose from TWO classic books on Sabbath. In the morning (10am-12pm) we’ll be discussing Heschel’s classic work that shows us how Sabbath can transform our fundamental relationship to time. Then in the afternoon (2pm-4pm) we’ll engage Bruegemann, learning how Sabbath prophetically challenges the deepest values of consumer capitalism.
