Dana Cunliffe, Senior Pastor
Dana helped found Church Without Walls and has been the senior pastor since 1997. She grew up all around the world and loves to help people meet Jesus, especially over a cup of strong British tea. Dana holds a MDiv from Fuller Theological Seminary.

Jill Gidlund, Children’s Director
Before joining the CWOW staff team, Jill worked as a much-loved preschool teacher. She enjoys music, reading, baking and seeing children sing and talk to God. Jill is a credentialed early childhood educator and a trained Godly Play teacher.

Elisabeth Bailey, Youth Director
Elisabeth grew up in Sacramento and recently graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in sociology. She has had a lifelong interest in teaching. In addition to working with CWOW and neighborhood youth, Elisabeth works as an academic mentor and tutor in the Berkeley public schools.

Hans Ashlock, Worship Leader
Hans’ musical experience spans over 20 years and includes worship music, jazz and alt/country. By day, he works as a software engineer. He enjoys extreme weather, backpacking, time with his family and helping people meet Jesus through worship. His favorite instrument is the synthesizer.

Derek Blevins, Worship Leader
Derek is a worship leader and song writer who has served congregations in the Bay Area and Boston. He is passionate about Christian unity and loves praising God with his CWOW family. Derek’s compilation of original worship songs, He is the King, was released in 2011.
