Let’s Swing Florida!

Hi CWOW Friends,

On the heels of last week’s Vote Save America meeting, a group of us has committed to swinging FLORIDA, the largest of the swing states for the General Election 2020 in November. I wanted to reach out again to let you know about some upcoming opportunities and encourage folks to get involved.

Short-term text-banking opportunities:

Florida’s primary is this coming Tuesday, August 18 and there is a big push to Get Out the Vote (GOTV)! Why? Because the more Floridians that engage now, the more will engage in November. One of the newer ways to reach younger voters (18-34 years old) is through text-banking. Text-banking is easy, and you don’t have to use your phone or reveal your mobile #. You just need to sign into a web application online using your computer, and it’s all set up for you. You can give whatever time you are able or do partial shifts.
