300+ organizations and faith groups tell Biden: support Afghan refugees
Washington, DC – Today, Refugee Council USA sent a letter to President Biden on behalf of 346 national, state, and local organizations and faith groups around the country, demanding the administration support all Afghans in need of humanitarian protection.
Across organizations and communities one thing is clear: we are ready to welcome and support Afghan refugees.
RCUSA is a diverse coalition advocating for just and humane laws and policies, and the promotion of dialogue and communication among government, civil society, and those who need protection and welcome. Individual RCUSA members do not all address all refugee-related issues, nor do all individual members approach all refugee-related issues identically.
